Summative Assessment – End Module Reflection

In 3 parts, reflect on:

• Job Search: how students completed their job search to secure an internship referring to the relevant academic literature on job search and networks. Focusing on what they would do differently in their post-graduation job search. (3000-3500 words)

• MBA Key Skills: students will complete a reflection on a critical incident during their placement explaining how they developed key MBA skills during their placement. Students to include examples of networking and LinkedIn profiles. (3000-3500 words)

• Post-graduation: refer to the World Economic Forums report on employability regarding the skills needed to thrive in the international workplace. Use a job description and tailor an individualized action plan for how to achieve their future post-graduate position. (3000-3500 words)

This work should be individualistic and specific to you and your internship, and future post-graduate goals. Utilizing feedback provided from the previous formative submissions.

Total word length for the final assessment 10,000 words +/- 10%. Not including references, appendix, or table of contents.
