REF: REQUEST FOR REVOKE OF MY TERMINATION

I apologize for violating the company’s rules by sleeping outside my accommodation room. I am very aware of the magnitude of this mistake. However, I was in critical condition. On the day of the rule violation, I was extremely ill, and I could not help myself. I was experiencing a high fever, and my friend took me to the hospital. After receiving medical assistance, my friend proposed that we spend the night at her place so that she could take care of me. Since I was weak, I could not assist myself. My condition impeded me from calling the management to explain my situation.

I kindly request that you revoke my termination since it has worsened my condition. I moved from my home country to find a job to support my family back home. I have a 70 years sick mom who relies on me for financial assistance, and my sister lost one eye and she needs urgent surgery to save her other eye. I apologize for my unprofessionalism and failure to respect the stipulated guidelines. I am aware that I made a big fault by failing to inform the management of my condition. I kindly request you to consider my situation and give me a second chance. I will proceed differently when given a second to ensure that I remain in line with the regulations of the company. However, if my reinstatement is difficult, I kindly request you to issue me with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) letter so that I can find another job within the country.   

Please excuse my unprofessionalism and the inconvenience that I caused the company. I’m sorry for my conduct.
