You have been working the last few weeks on preparing your PowerPoint slides, and during our Week 15 class session, you will be giving your 5-minute presentation of your assigned SNP journal article with those PowerPoint slides to the rest of the class.  You must be in attendance and be attentive to all other student presentations to earn the 5 participation points for the day.  The other 20 points you will earn from your own presentation as described in the rubric provided in the Week 14 assignment.

You submitted a draft of your slides this week, and from looking over your drafts, it appears that many students are not sure what is meant for the diagram for slide 4.  This is supposed to be a diagram that YOU make, that is specific to YOUR paper's PCR product/cut sizes/SNP alleles and restriction enzyme.  It is not a general diagram explaining RFLP or taken from another source.  Click HERE

You MUST submit your final PowerPoint slide file to this assignment BEFORE your class time.  Your TA will download all the files from Canvas onto the classroom computer at the beginning of class for the student presentations.  Students will not be individually loading their file on the classroom computer themselves or logging into the computer to access their file.
