What possible obstacles might undermine the implementation of these
recommendations?
In the introductory paragraph: start by outlining what the report is about
In the concluding paragraph summarise your observations on the significance,
strengths and weaknesses of the report
Format
• Your review should be written in standard essay form (i.e. introduction, main
body, conclusion). Pay attention to all the standard rules of written English.
• You may use sub-headings if you wish, but it is not essential.
• It is not necessary to make reference to any further literature beyond the
report you are analysing (although you can of course do if you wish).
• The review requires a bibliography, even if it only contains the HRW report
you are focussing on.
• All quotes MUST be in quote marks, and a page number for the quote must
be provided as part of the reference.
