Your role is to act as a Data Warehouse/Mart consultant for a case study. The assignment should be written up as a report providing a literature overview of the project and referencing scripts and other documents, as necessary.

Tasks

Identification of data and defining requirements: For the given case study (Appendix A), select a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and decide who is the ‘stakeholder’ for the project you intend to represent.
