Develop and submit a personal leadership philosophy that reflects what you think are characteristics of a good leader. Use the scholarly resources on leadership you selected to support your philosophy statement. Your personal leadership philosophy should include the following:
A descriiption of your core values (growth and excellence are what I chose, please write about at least one) A personal mission and vision statement.
An analysis of your CliftonStrengths Assessment summarizing the results of your profile (my strengths from one to five were achiever, learner, developer, competition, and futuristic)
A descriiption of two key behaviors that you wish to strengthen (you can choose from allowing the achiever in me to find a better work-life balance, allowing the futuristic side of me live more in the moment than in the future, allowing the competitor in me do things other than just to win, or being more patient with myself and understanding that growth and success are processes that take time) (please pick at least one of these and add another) A development plan that explains how you plan to improve upon the two key behaviors you selected and an explanation of how you plan to achieve your personal vision. Be specific and provide examples.
