Over the last several weeks we have looked at our communities, the vulnerable populations within and how we serve those populations. For your final submission I want you to present to your peers. You will put together a powerpoint describing your community, the vulnerable populations you identified and a the way you identified to improve the health outcomes. Using the information you included in your windshield survey and your week 4 paper to provide a presentation on the changes you imagined. You need to present to a minimum of 3 people and from a variety of areas of practice. This is an inter-professional exercise so you need to present to disciplines beyond nursing.
Your slides need to have bullet points with the notes section utilized with more detail demonstrating what your will discuss during your presentation. The template outlines what needs to be covered, you may need to add more slides. Add pictures and diagrams to provide interest to your slides. This is much of the information you have gathered over the last 8 weeks. The template powerpoint already has 10 slides please increase this to a maximum of 18 slides as needed to ensure the information is conveyed.
