Students will  investigate the policing styles in their neighborhood (town or city). Focus on the different types of patrol (incident-driven, directed, general) and what discuss patrol in their city or town. Also, which types of patrols do they think are most effective or would be most effective in their area? What is the structure of the law enforcement agency? Why are some of the challenges for law enforcment?
