ESG is a significant topic in oil and gas
law.  Some argue that with $100.00 bbl oil and all the pain that high gas
a diesel prices are causing the era of ESG is over, or as is often said by
proponents of that argument we have reached peak ESG.  Others say that ESG
is here to stay and part of the future.  Make the argument in favor of
both of these propositions and then explain which proposition you think is
correct and why.  This should take about 5-7 pages.  Again I don’t
grade length but as guidance that is about how long a paper like this generally
is.  I have given in this module some sources to get you started though I
expect you will need to do additional research on your own.  Use all the
sources you want but be sure to cite them.
