The presentation must include current evidence-based practice along with current DSM-V criteria and therapy recommendations. This patient case will be presented as a power point and voice presentation. During the initial presentation, you will not give the diagnosis or treatment plan

. You will post the Chief Complaint, HPI, ROS, Histories, and exam by Friday.

 The presenter will then post the correct Differential Diagnoses, Diagnosis, and treatment plan by Monday
