The articles that will be used for this assignment are “Lifeboat Ethics: The Case Against Helping The Poor” by Garrett Hardin and “A Tax System Stacked Against the 99 Percent” by Joseph E. Siglitz. The purpose of this assignment is to describe the similarities and differences between the two articles. I have already completed another assingment thatsummarized the article by Joesph E.
