Include a list of 20 open-ended questions you would ask the interviewee(s). These questions will be questions you have as an investigator, where the answers are not available or unknown. As you develop your list of questions, make sure to take notes while you are researching the case. These notes can be a bulleted list or reflect whatever style you have for note-taking. Your notes will encompass facts provided by your research about the case.
