Analyse the nutritional adequacy and quality of your diet by completing the 2-day food record tableDownload 2-day food record table.
Food record must be accompanied by photos of main meals with selfie using the table provided. (or form of photo ID).
Compare and contrast the nutritional adequacy of your own diet against the NHMRC Nutrient Reference Values suggested in your demographic.
Highlight key diet-disease links, supported with relevant literature.
Compare the macronutrient content of your diet with the recommended dietary content discussed in Part A.
Compare the selected micronutrient content of your diet with the recommended micronutrient content discussed in Part A.
Part D –Compare and Contrast (750 words approx.)
With the information you have developed in Parts A, B & C, compare and contrast the nutritional requirements of an Athlete in your chosen sport against the NHMRC Nutrient Reference Values within your demographic and the nutritional adequacy and quality of your own diet.
