PART I: COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

REQUIREMENT
Community service activities are aimed at improving people’s lives so that they can contribute to the well-being of society voluntarily without expecting anything in return. Furthermore, community service activities are also capable of instilling values such as accountability, empathy, leadership and so on towards an individual.

GUIDELINES FOR ACTION:

Community service project must be completed based on the THREE planned activities provided as follows:

⦁ Activity 1 – Planning and implementation of any ONE community service activities of your choice outdoors or indoors with your family members or housemates or colleagues or friends (Total group members: Not more than 5 – include you). Limited to 7 pages only.

⦁ Activity 2 – Video recording (The duration of the recording is between 4-8 minutes)

⦁ Activity 3 – Writing a reflective journal. Limited to 7 pages only.

⦁ Proper report format (Please refer to rubrics)
