You are required to create a presentation pack – with slides and presenter notes – covering the purpose of employment regulation and the way it is enforced in practice. The slide content and presenter notes should be formal in style.

The presentation pack should:

a) Evaluate the aims and objectives of employment regulation. (AC 1.1)
b) Examine the role played by the tribunal and courts system in enforcing employment law. (AC 1.2)
c) Explain how cases are settled before and during formal legal procedures. (AC 1.3)
