And history affects identity for the Self and those you’re leading. Upon reflection, list three cultural histories you identify with the most—what three histories most influence your identity? In what ways does each history connect you with members of some cultural groups and distance you from members of other cultural groups? Based on the intersection of your identities, how may they influence or affect your leadership style in cross-cultural contexts? Given the spectrum of your cultural identities and those of Others—those you lead, what’s needed to foster sound cross-cultural leadership—how will you build bridges of understanding? NOTE: for the last question, reflect on all Module content, M1 through M6). Aside from this module, reflect upon prior module content to develop your content (terms, definitions, theories, ideas).
