For your final project, you may choose to prepare a Final Research on one of the following topic areas ONLY: 

A gang of your choice (i.e. Bloods, MS-13, Crips, etc.), explain how the gang formed, a brief of their history, their current status and what the future holds for them. 

A gang-type of your choice (i.e., street gang, rogue police gang, crime ring, female gang, outlaw motorcycle gang, etc.) and explain how the impact of those members, from events in middle/high school led to their involvement in the gang. Looking at the weakness in the school system to stem gang activity. 

Explain gang intervention strategies (i.e. sociological, societal, educational, etc.) and why they have not bene effective at reducing gang activity. 

Explain at least 3 law enforcement gang-intervention strategies. Explain their strengths and weaknesses and their impact upon gang activity reduction.
