Each Case Study represents a dilemma. It is your job to analyze the case from the context of ethical leadership. Your paper should be at least 2000 words each and provide real word documentation, as well as research theories supporting your decisions. The decisions that you reach will depend on which case study that you select, as they are all uniquely challenging. However, at a minimum you will need to answer the following questions concerning your cases:
What are the dilemmas that have been presented?
Who all is affected?
What is the least restrictive path to resolution for each dilemma?
What have other organizations done that were in similar situations?
What do research theories suggest?
Using our definition of leadership, what should have been done?
Use your experiences and creativity, along with what we study this semester, to formulate and defend your decisions. The papers should be well organized and professionally written to create a compelling logic for your decisions. You will be graded based on the quality of your submission relative to the others analyzing the same cases.
