Purpose • Drive sustainable and profitable business growth of SIEMENS Healthineers through Value Partnerships with customers. • Enable customers to deliver sustainable, profitable and updated healthcare services to patients as trusted partner.
Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and implement project plan to enable ES service delivery and operation. • Manage ES service delivery to customer through collaboration with internal I external stakeholders. • Manage ES service operation with customer through collaboration with internal / external stakeholders. • Develop and update short and mid-term project plan with SVP in charge and internal stakeholders. • Plan and manage regular customer communication to share short and mid-term project plan. (C-Level) • Manage change requests I claim from customer. • Support ES solution architect for LoA process with financial I risk analysis and detail project plan. • Support ES solution architect to develop T&C. • Manage the project reporting to ES HQ. (later on PM80) • Drive collaboration with ES HQ. • Develop new value-adding services and establish proof points in the responsible projects
Essential Skills & Experience • Project management experiences (5+ years) • Change management experiences (3+ years) • Consulting service delivery experiences (1+ years) • People management experiences (1+ years) • Multi-cultural working experiences (1+ years) • Logical and structured thinking / approach, Excellent planning skill, change management skill, communication skill, stakeholders management skill, people management skill • PMP certificate • Native level of Japanese & Business level of English
