1) Large Bulk (Bulky) Shipments which are unable to be processed. Process to manage these shipments. Create a Cross functional agreed plan. ( Teams include: Inventory Team, Distribution Team in charge of picking packing and shipping, Customer Service, Sales)
2) Overshipment Process Plan, with cross functional agreed plan.
