The essay could be how the topic(s) helped you to: (i) change the way you view your past experiences, (ii) change the way you view the present or future world and/or (iii) discover something new about yourself.
The essay MUST be based on personal experiences. It SHOULD NOT be:
• A fictitious account. This is not creative writing.
• On a company unless you have firsthand experience with it (e.g., internship,
family business, your own startup etc.)
• Critique on strategies adopted by companies. That’s for the final presentation.
• A research article. You are not to write a critique on the theory.
