• Identify an aspect of practice for which you are responsible that you would like to change in a school.
– Describe the problem (it can be small or large scale)
– Frame the problem within a wider (inter)national context

• Describe the specific context
– Discuss useful background information
– Present the importance of this change or reasons for your choice
– Connect this to aspects of leadership in the course (including citations)

• Develop a change management plan
– Describe how you will implement the change (must be grounded in literature on change management)
– Identify the barriers you may face
– Highlight how you will promote involvement and adoption, including stating your position within the critique (i.e., supportive, critical, or balanced)
– Discuss how you will evaluate impact
