CASE ASSIGNMENT 1 – Selecting and Prioritizing Projects Over the course of this semester, we will use two example projects throughout the chapters of this book.  Project 1 will be a construction project suited to mostly plan-driven project planning and management titled: Suburban Homes Construction (SHC) Project.  Project 2 will be a development project suited more towards Agile project planning and management titled: Heritage Arboretum Development (HAD) Project.  In chapters one and two of your text, both approaches are described in some detail.  In follow-on case assignments, we will build on these two projects to further demonstrate techniques and concepts from the coming chapter readings and continue to ask leading questions based on your growing understanding of each approach.
