Based on a 10 hour observation period, the candidate will write an overall summary (Child Development Summary) of the child’s development across all domains (linguistic, physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and adaptive) and discuss the influence of the multiple contexts on the child’s development. Candidates will use established milestones and their observations as evidence to suggest activities to encourage the child’s development.
