DO NOT USE A TEMPLATE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT. A SCORE OF ZERO WILL BE ASSESSED IF A TEMPLATE IS USED. START FROM SCRATCH AND CREATE AN ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR RESUME.
1.Visit O*Net (https://www.onetonline.org (Links to an external site.)) and find a job that you want. Research the requirements for the position and upload a copy of the job description to canvas. Make sure you will qualify for the position when you graduate with your Undergraduate Degree.
2. Read Chapter 13, watch the videos, and submit your resume to VMock. Your grade will be based upon properly submitting your VMock results. In order to earn credit, students must score over 70 points on VMock. If a student scores under 70, they should use the tips VMock provides to improve their resume and resubmit their revised resume to VMock.
3. After you are happy with your corrections, submit a copy of the updated resume to the Canvas assignment portal for review.
4. Screenshot a copy of the results page from VMock and upload to the Canvas assignment portal.
Be aware that Tarleton provides students with ten free uploads per academic year.
Tip – It is recommended that you work on your resume while watching the videos.
