After watching the 2010 film “red”, (you can also use the attached script instead of watching it) you will create 2 philographic-type images (MUST BE DIGITAL) along with a three-paragraph explanation for each image explaining your thinking and rationale in creating each image.

Using a Marxist critical lens, create a philographic-type image representing the following:
 

• Identifying a dialectic

• Dominant Ideology

 
In both of your 3 paragraph explanations for each philographic-type image you must address the following:

• How Frank Moses affirms or resists the values within the dominant ideology
• How the values of the dominant economic groups are given privilege
• How lower economic groups are exploited and/or devalued

 
Your philographic-type images can only use color and simple geometric shapes.  The rationale is to use simple shapes and colors to represent complex ideas and beliefs.  You cannot use anything in your images that is not simple geometric shapes.  You cannot use any existing shapes or images representing the film.  All of your two images need to be unique.  Do not use AI.

In each of your three paragraph explanations, you must have at least one example from the film to support your thinking to Meet expectations and two examples from the film to Exceed Expectations
