Leadership Paper Guidelines

1.     Identify and describe a leadership style in nursing (authoritarian, Laissezfair, democratic – Discussed in Cherry & Jacob Ch. 17, p. 294 (Box 17.3) or ATI Leadership Ch. 1, p. 3.

2.     Research and discuss leadership issues in nursing that correlate with the selected leadership style.

3.     What practical strategies would you incorporate into your personal practice to develop your leadership potential?

4.     Use a minimum of 2 peer reviewed resources to support your paper. Sources must be current (within the last 10 years). Cite references in APA format throughout the paper.

5.     The paper must be written in APA format, 2-3 pages, double spaced, size 12 New Times Roman or Calibri font.

6.     Include a title page and a reference page, both in APA format.

7.     The Turnitin Similarity Report must be <25%. If greater than 25%, please revise and resubmit.
