In addition, Chapter 9 of the course textbook: Diversity and Leadership (2015) covers the Three Cs of Managing Diversity: Composition – Core – Climate. This assignment is divided into three sections: (a) provide a comprehensive analysis on the Three Cs, (b) provide a thorough background on your organization, and (c) provide a comprehensive SWOT analysis regarding the management of diversity within the organization.
This paper should have a minimum of 7-10 current scholarly references and should be 10 -12 pages in length (not including cover page, Table of Contents, or Reference Page).
