Feedback giving :-  One suggestion I have would be showing examples or practicing some of the methods of communication with one another or role-playing during the PD through a visual aid, video, or photos.

One suggestion for your presentation is to include a role-playing scenario with small groups of teachers to put these ideas into practice.
