Gatekeeping is the main problem statement I have based my assignments on. 
Please use personal experiences, military values, and family values as elements of my worldview, which are mentioned in the details. 
I have had multiple experiences with leaders who decided to play favoritism with other soldiers and chose not to develop others. I am someone who, as an instructor, wants to teach, coach, and mentor others to better themselves. I want to create something these soldiers can use for the rest of their lives and teach others to do the same. 
I’ve included my problem statement journal regarding gatekeeping, as well as the details of the assignment.
