Use the past week’s assignments to write an essay of 500+ words and five+ paragraphs. In this essay, you will explain and advocate for the topic you have chosen related to the field of study you wish to pursue. 
When writing your essay, the majority of your text should be your own thoughts and opinions.  When you reference the article you have chosen, be sure to put direct quotes in quotation marks or summarize material in your own words. Write the author’s last name in parenthesis after a direct quote or paraphrasing. If there is no author, write the article name in parenthesis.
