I have an outline / draft written for a report This outline includes all the information , key points and the sources. The outline is very detailed and clear. the outline I created is all copy and paste from the sources I researched. so it is all palgerism now . I just need a writer who can take what’s on the outline and turn it into a 8 page report that is not plagerism.
I would like the editor to be able to create their own version of the report using the draft which is currently plagerized. I also need the editor to make sure there’s proper grammar and proper citations and sources
