For this Discussion, review the CACREP and ACA standards related to gatekeeping. In your review, consider consistencies and divergence between those standards.

Post by Day 3 a synthesis of CACREP and ACA standards related to gatekeeping. Evaluate your teaching role as a gatekeeper in relation to the above standards. Then, describe the setting of, and gatekeeping needs at, your site. Create a plan to apply the synthesized standards at your site, as well as how you will assess and measure those elements. Offer an example of how you would remediate a student who did not meet those assessed expectations.
