providing feedback on a final presentation.

Please read the following feedback and provide a couple pages [worth] of edits. Please highlight the edited portions: “I gave you 66/70 (94%) on your final presentation. Great job! You all spoke very clearly and well throughout the presentation and it was within the time limits. I took one point off from the format/flow of the presentation (out of 10) because I thought the tables could be better linked to the strategic goals with headers and I was a bit confused about the back and forth between the strategic goals slide and then the three topics that would be covered and then back to the strategic goals slide again. I took 3 points off the main topics due to reasons I will describe in more detail below.

Overall, your presentation did a good job of discussing the organization at a high level. I liked your discussion of the strategic plan but it could be linked back more closely to the tables you included as they are the metrics by which the organization are measuring their performance. Is there a table for all of the goals? Are there both internal elements of the goals as well as external elements? How are they measured? For example, EDI is internal when looking at strategic human resources management, but how are they measuring the policies in terms of EDI in their external work (programs and policies)? I was also a bit unclear as to what the first 2 or 3 tables were describing so please make sure that this is very clear in your final paper.”
