Assessment details The CEO of your company has assigned you a task of great interest to the business which is in the construction industry. The executive board are looking to introduce new initiatives and have asked their employees to participate in a workshop to raise key issues they believe are of critical importance to business and society today.
Two issues have been identified by the employees:
• How the business can address the lack of women and minority representation at senior leadership levels, given the importance of diversity in business. • How the business can be more socially responsible (e.g. worker rights, wellbeing. safety) or respond to society’s call ns to be more environmentally sustainable.
Pick one of the above issues and develop a report to specifically advise the board on recent research and literature. You are to present your arguments on how the company can address either of the two problems listed above.
