Instructions:
Each student will be assigned or be allowed to choose a topic to complete a project on. The
project will be worth 50 points and will consist of:
Time
The presentation of the project will be 2+ pages typed or a power point for online class.
Explanation of the topic
The student will show that they are knowledgeable about the assigned topic
CA interventions
The student will explain the proper interventions that the CNA will complete related to
the chosen topic
Recording and reporting
The student will share what would be necessary to report to the nurse and or chart in the
medical record and include one applicable Nursing Diagnosis*
Big 3
The student will share how each of the big 3 are incorporated into the topic
Visual Aid
A visual aid that enhances the presentation will be used during the presentation.
References
Two references are required. These should be placed on the visual aid that you use. (Chronic Bronchitis is the subject)
